General Features

Queryflex is an SQL based point and shot report writer that enables novice users to develop "adhoc" reports from Informix or InfoFlex databases. Queryflex accomplishes this by providing a fully configurable dictionary that insulates the novice user from having to understand database concepts and programmer assigned SQL names.

  • Maintenance/Support/Training
    • Phone Support: free within 30 days of purchse. After 30 days phone support is $1.50/minute with a 5 minute minimum ($2 per minute outside the US). A deposit of $350 is required to begin this service
    • Software Updates: free for the first two years and 15% per year of current list price thereafter
    • Porting: We will consider porting Queryflex to any machine, SQL engine, or ISAM file manager


    • Runtime license: includes the right to use the machine executable version of the programs (with the exception of the configuration utility (qfconfig)) on one designated CPU. A Developer License must be purchased in order to distribute Runtime Licenses. There is no user limit on this license.

    Developer License: includes (1) above, plus configuration utility (qfconfig), documentation and 30 day support.

    Source License: includes "c" source code. The SQL and ISAM source code are not included.

    Unlimited Runtimes: includes unlimited licenses for 1 above. Runtimes must be used for the same vertical application and the application should be specific to an industry.
